I’m an obstetrics and gynecology doctor. I’m also the mother of nine-month-old
Jaiden, our first child. Jaiden was born at Bayfront where I knew I was surrounded
by the best nursing staff, the latest technology and with easily accessible specialized
neo-natal care. We knew from the beginning that Bayfront is a place like no other
in the Tampa Bay area.
Fortunately husband, Darren, and I enjoyed an uncomplicated pregnancy and fairly
easy delivery at Bayfront Medical Center. As a physician, I know that a smooth
delivery is not always the case. In a moment, without prior notice, mom and child
can be challenged by unforeseen complications requiring specialized care.
